About the Author
Paul McFarlane has spent three decades supporting emergency responders, healthcare workers and communities in crisis.
As Senior Chaplain (“Charlie 1”) for NSW Ambulance, he led teams through the Lindt Café siege, statewide bushfires, and countless frontline tragedies, learning first-hand what helps people endure and recover.
Today he is a keynote speaker and leads Responder Care, helping business owners and leaders build psychologically safe, resilient workplaces.
